I said nothing different. Guys who do not have the experience of meeting a client , understanding what he wants, selling, servicing, going through the pain of retaining etc are gonna be super duper flops in Indian Internet Industry and especially in the most competitive jobs domain. There are many case studies in India and if you dont know any of that, then you dont qualify to make your statement no.1

There is no need to substantiate here because in my opinion there is not more than one company that has a positive EBITBA in Indian Internet Industry and majority of us know how they’ve run their business

Now, Coming to workosaur… I think he’s got more free traffic than shine.com without spending a pie on marketing. So, his venture is smart .

I am a strong beleiver if Robust Business Model coupled with sexy “Approach”. I think he is gettig it right there in a domain where many biggies have failed

I agree anyone who says he can take a small percentage of a huge market is a novice and has only made plans in an excel sheet..

Moreover, a small piece of advise for anyone who is looking at kicking off a jobsite. If you’ve not worked with a relatively popular classified portal… please stay away from wasting your time in starting a jobsite for that matter ..any damn site.

Stop assuming that you can easily take away at least 1% of the market ( ie 5 crores a year). You need to do a “Naukri” for 2 years to take away that kinda % from the industry …or ..you need to do something thats extremely different , like what Nimish is doing with workosaur.
