  • @Tarun,

    While I agree with your observation, I think email is more effective even in reaching out to those in the Digital media/startup space.

    @Scott,

    Thanks for dropping by and thanks for the link to your Facebook page. I guess the creation of Facebook pages is also a trend thats catching up with job portals and most businesses.

    @Radhika,

    We need more niche job portals in India. Naukriforwomen.com is a great initiative. Do keep in touch.
  • Naukriforwomen.com - India's first women only jobs.
    Twitter handle: @Naukriforwomen

    Depends a lot on target audience as well. Those seeking job opportunities in Digital Media/startup space are more likely to be active on twitter..
  • @Rizwan,

    I personally think that e-mail is still the most effective way of reaching out to jobseekers. Twitter is very much an echo chamber.
  • Hey, I have been hearing a lot about job sites going on twitter, Nimish, can you share how your experience has been? Have you seen results etc: - Personally, I feel we are still ahead of our times and we dont have as many job seekers on twitter as we have job feeds going on twitter ;)
  • Wow! I didn't know all these were on Twitter. Great find Nimish!
